Beachfront Cottage on the Park

Beautiful ocean front property in an exclusive location.
Ideally located in the original Jurien Bay, opposite a well-loved park and a fantastic beach! It's one of the rare properties in Jurien Bay where there isn't a road separating you and the ocean, there is however a great little park, ideal to sit on the balcony and watch the children play. There is even a gate opening up to the park giving you direct access to the area and the beach path.

Now the house itself!! Cute little 4 bedroom house which backs onto a quiet cul-de-sac. Sleeping a total of 6 guests, this house is perfect for families.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robes/shelving, a ceiling fan and a small TV.
The other 3 bedrooms all feed of each other, but still have to ability to be closed off from the rest of the house. One bedroom has 2 x single beds with an air con, and off each side are the other bedrooms, each with more queen size beds and ceiling fans.

The kitchen and living areas are nice and open, so you can cook up a storm in the kitchen and still be included in the family conversation. Another ceiling fan and air con in here too to keep your comfort levels up.
A new huge TV has just been mounted to the living room wall.
You have the perfect view from the lounge chairs with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors- Just look at the beautiful colour of that ocean!

The bathroom has a separate shower and small spa-type bath for a little indulgence! Complete with heat lamps too! Toilet is separate.
And for those days when you don't want the TV on after spending the day at the beach, there is a large box of board games to keep everyone occupied.

No Bookings for School Leavers Groups will be accepted.
No Pets as the yard is not fully secure.
Please Note: This property is not at ground level. Please make sure children are properly supervised as there are no barriers on the stairs.

  As regular vacationers at the BEACHFRONT COTTAGE ON THE PARK, we always look forward to staying here. We enjoy the quiet ... the park ... the beach, and we're always a little sad when our vacation is over.
  The cottage has everything we need for our group of 3 couples ... 3 double bedrooms for the regulars and 2 separate single beds for intermittent guests if they choose to join us for a day or two.
  We spend most of everyday on the verandah, with occasional walks to the beach or games of bocce in the park.
  Jurien bay has amazing facilities, so there are always plenty of things to do, as well as many dining options if we choose not to eat at the Cottage.
  Staff at Ray White were very helpful (no surprise there ... they are always helpful and responsive to any requests).
  All of us say "Thank you!" and "We'll see you next year!"

  This is our 8th year staying in Jurien, 3rd year at this property. Location is the best! House is very well set up for a family stay. Highly recommend this property and Ray White Jurien for their management.

  Very disappointed in the level of cleanliness and tidyness of this property. The carpets and lounge were very stained and long overdue for a clean. The carpets appeared to have not been vacuumed, stain on bedspread, general surfaces of fridge, cupboards smeared. Contents of kitchen drawers in disarray. Partly used toiletries. This property not recommended for young children as no flywire on front verandah and back flywire door doesnt close therefore unable to utilize lovely natural breeze and a fly and mozzie issue if door left open.The mop is in very poor condition and the only functioning vacuum cleaner is missing the carpet head. The outdoor bin had maggots in it.
