Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom unit within the exclusive Seafront Estate in Jurien Bay.
Located right in the center of town, you can park up the car and walk to the local cafes, bakery, specialty shops, skate park and the beach!

Fully furnished and self contained you will be able to relax and unwind in no time.
3 good size bedrooms, each with built-in-robes and r/c air cons.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, and its own en suite.
There's another queen bed in the second bedroom, and a 3rd room for the kids with a single bed and a set of bunks.

The kitchen is well stocked with a full-size fridge/ freezer, cutlery, crockery, appliances and utensils. There is an oven as well as stove top cooking, a microwave and dishwasher.

Luxury family area with huge Sonos surround sound system. Unlimited WiFi and a massive 75" Smart TV that you can connect to your own Netflix, Stan or Kayo accounts.

Large sliding glass doors open up to your lovely shaded alfresco area and courtyard with private BBQ and table and chair setting. Even a large lush grass area that is secure and safe for kids to play on.
Being a corner unit there is even a spot to park your boat securely behind the Seafront Estate gates.

There is parking inside the complex for 4 vehicles (or 3 plus boat) with one spot being under cover.

The Seafront Estate is a well maintained, gated & secure holiday complex just across the road from the beach and Dobbyn Park. The complex boasts two swimming pools, one of them being a shallow paddling pool for the little ones. A couple of gazebos provide plenty of shade and all the BBQ's are free.

Sleeps up to 7 people in 5 beds.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided for a mandatory fee. Please bring your own beach towels.
This is Strictly a Non-Smoking villa in all areas.
