This large 4 x 2 fully furnished family property is located near the marina, one of the most sought after areas in Jurien Bay. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. 2 masters with queen beds, both with R/C air conditioning & access to the outdoor balcony. The other bedrooms have another queen and 2 singles for the kids. For convenience, there is a bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bathroom even having a small bathtub. Relax in the lounge area in the afternoon sun. The kitchen, dining and 2 more lounge areas on the bottom level, also with air conditioning. The kitchen is full of appliances, cutlery and crockery, and has gas stove-top cooking, oven and microwave. The second bathroom has a shower and separate toilet in the laundry. Take advantage of ocean views from the balcony Not to mention a well protected outdoor entertaining area to rear of the property with outdoor dining and gas BBQ. Sleeps up to 8 guests maximum. Sorry no pets allowed. All bed linens, pillows and bath towels are provided as a cleaning fee. Please BYO Beach Towels. Some consumables such as toilet paper are provided on arrival only.
